This past January Suncoast Citadel in Goderich decided it was time for change! And with that decision the pieces all fell into place. Moving their store from a side street to the main street was a huge venture that took a whole lot of time, a whole lot of effort and a whole lot of volunteers.
However, people stepped up to the plate, giving of themselves in ways that were incredible. After three weeks of moving, sorting, storing, pricing, cleaning, The Clinton Thrift Store was finally ready for its grand opening February 8th. The venture was a wonderful success that not only saw a store completely morph - but also saw a community of volunteers come together for the task. From young to wise more than 25 volunteers combined their efforts giving a wealth of experience and knowledge.
